Questions
  • Are the gowns cleaned after previous use, and how is this done?
    Every gown is thoroughly inspected and professionally cleaned after each rental. We ensure hygiene by cooperating with SIA LAUNDROMAT LV, a trusted laundry service provider.
  • What gown sizes are available?
    Three sizes are available: S, M, and L.
    If your height is up to 1.60 m, size S is suitable.
    If your height is between 1.60 m and 1.80 m, size M is recommended.
    If your height is above 1.80 m, size L will be the best fit.

  • What if my height doesn’t fit the available gown sizes?
    The academic gown is a freely draping cloak. To date, there have been no instances where a gown did not accommodate an individual's height.
  • We’d like to reserve gowns, but we don’t yet know the exact date of the graduation ceremony.
    We have enough gowns available. You're welcome to make the reservation now and simply let us know the exact date and time of the ceremony once it’s confirmed.
  • How does the payment process work?
    Payment can be made either before or after the graduation ceremony.
    No security deposit is required prior to the ceremony. Payment by bank card is available.
  • What are the gown usage rules?
    The contact person submitting the gown rental application is responsible for receiving and returning the gowns to the provider.
    The gowns are not for sale and are intended for rental use only as part of a complete set.
